We assess what's working, what’s not working, and how to get back on track.

This isn’t therapy or expensive endless open ended coaching.

Three Simple Steps
1. Review
We start with a focused 1:1 session where we explore 18 key areas of your life - from health and wellbeing to habits, relationships, and purpose.
You’ll score each area, reflect honestly, and talk through what’s going well and what isn’t.
It’s structured, conversational, and completely judgement-free - a rare chance to step back and see your life clearly.
2. Report
After the session, you’ll receive a personalised Midlife Review Report.
This includes a visual snapshot of your life scores, detailed insights for each area, a set of reflective questions to deepen your self-awareness, and a clear list of recommended actions.
It’s your life, laid out in front of you - organised, prioritised, and ready to work with.
3. Clarity
In this follow up session, we bring it all together - we walk through your results together, highlighting what matters most, exploring your reflective questions, and agreeing on practical next steps.
You’ll leave with a sense of clarity, direction, and momentum - not just understanding what needs to change, but knowing exactly where to start.

What is a Life Review?
A Midlife Review is a structured, one-off service designed to help you take stock of your life, see things clearly, and identify what needs to improve or change. It includes an in-depth review session, personalised report, and a follow up clarity session with recommended actions.
Who uses this service?
People who feel stuck, off track, or overwhelmed - especially during life transitions like midlife shifts, career changes, or personal crossroads. Many people just want to take time out to assess where they currently are in life and re-evaluate what's great, what could be better and what might be missing. You don't need a specific "problem" - just a desire to reflect and move forward with clarity.
How does it work?
It's a three step process. First you will book your Review session where we will explore the key 18 areas of your life. Example areas are Health, Career, Relationships, Spirituality and Environment.
This is a 2 hour session conducted remotely via Zoom. I'll ask powerful questions that will really drill down and give a comprehensive and insightful picture of your current life.
Next you will receive the report that I create following our initial session. This report is sent to you a few days after the first session and gives you a detailed and visual snapshot of your current life. It Includes a detailed overview, visual charts, reflective questions, recommendations and suggested actions.
Lastly you'll have a Clarity session. This is were we review your results together, have insightful conversations and ultimately agree on next steps. This session can range from 1-2 hours, however long we need to ensure you are happy with your results and excited to move forward.

How your 1-1 sessions work
All Midlife Review sessions are held remotely via Zoom, so you can take part from the comfort of yourown home.
Once you’ve booked, you’ll receive a private Zoom link by email - just click the link at your scheduled time,
no account or downloads needed.
All you need is a quiet space, a stable internet connection (and maybe a cup of tea).
It’s simple, secure, and totally focused on you.
How does Zoom work?
All of the sessions are held via Zoom.
You’ll receive a link in your booking confirmation email.
You'll just need to click on the link at the time of your session.
You don’t need an account, and there’s nothing to download if you’re using a computer or mobile.

Is this coaching or therapy?
It's not therapy or open-ended coaching. It's a structured three step service focused on review, clarity, and action. Think of it as a Life MOT - practical, useful, and future focused.
What if I want support afterwards?
You can book optional follow-up sessions or accountability check-ins if you'd like extra support implementing your plan - but this is completely optional, additional help and support is definitely there if you need it but there will be absolutely no pressure or hard sell for this.
How much does it cost?
The Midlife Review package is £295. This includes both sessions and the personalised report.

Hi, I’m Chris - a fully qualified life coach and certified NLP practitioner.
I'll be the friendly face running your 1-1 sessions.
I created Midlife Review because I know first-hand how confusing and confronting this stage of life can be.
I’m 50 myself, and like many people at this age, I found myself questioning everything. The routines, the roles, the direction I was heading in. From the outside, life looked fine - but inside, something felt off. That quiet, nagging question kept rising: “Is this really it?”
